Welcome to My Perpetual Project!

Hello!  I’m Jeanne & I am so excited that you are here!  My goal with this blog is to inspire you to get creative and become comfortable with DIY projects!  I’ve loved DIY for years & am excited to share my DIY projects with you!   Whether you want to create a piece of clothing, paint some furniture or add flair to your home, I hope you find the inspiration you are looking for in the projects that I share.  The blog name reflects my creative life as I am perpetually in project mode!

I’m a big fan of all things DImY (Do It MYself)!  Creating something from nothing or refurbishing an existing item for a fresh look is so rewarding!  Whenever possible, I use reclaimed wood, 2nd hand clothing & previously loved supplies for my projects.  Some of my favorite places to shop for supplies are Habitat, Overstock Builders & thrift stores.  For new supplies, my go-to places are JoAnn’s Fabrics, Lowes, Home Depot and Ziggys.

I’ll be sharing tips, tricks & hacks to guide you in making your home unique through light renovation & decor . I’ll also guide you in crafting homemade fashion & making gifts economically by showing how to seek out 2nd hand treasures then transform them into something special.

My hope is that you will enjoy reading about the projects I’ve tackled & in viewing pictures of their progress, find the inspriation you need to get started on a project you’ve been wanting to do. 

When someone says to me:  ‘I could never do that!’  I let them know that they can and so can you because everyone has a creative side.
